基于临床信息系统的手术/麻醉教学链的构建

摘　　要：创新和深化医学教学手段改革,培养和造就更贴近临床的实用性科技人才,克服现行医教研工作中常见的学术理论水平造诣高但实际工作生疏的状况。把附属临床教学医院的手术/麻醉学科与校园对应的教研室有机链接起来,利用信息化高新技术建造一个"信息教学链",使课堂理论讲授与手术/麻醉现场操作实践零距离结合,让学员在课堂上课的同时就能直观其手术/麻醉过程,充分深入结合理论知识,提高教学质量。从"信息教学链"的研究与设计目标、功能与特点、绩效评估与展望等方面探讨,驱动和深化医学教育改革,更好地为院校教学服务。To innovate and deepen the reform of medical education means, to train and bring up practical Sci-Tech talent closely interrelated with clinical work, to overcome the existing common situation in medical treatment, teaching and research, in which situation a person with a high theoretical level may be unfamiliar with or unable in doing basic operations in practical work, we rationally link the surgery/anesthesia department in affiliated clinical teaching hospital with the corresponding teaching and research section in college, make an ＂information-teaching chain＂ by use of nformational high and new technology, set up zero-distance combination between classroom theoretical teaching and simultaneous surgery/anesthesia operation, so that students studying in the classroom can directly observe the surgery/ anesthesia process, fully and deeply combine their theoretical knowledge with practice and improve their study quality This paper explores ＂information-teaching chain＂ from its several aspects, such as research and design objectives functions and characteristics, evaluation of achievements and benefits, prospects and so on, in order to initiate, promote and deepen medical education reform and better serve college and university education.
