摘 要:本工作沉积出了高磷含量的Ni-P合金镀层和Ni-W-P、Ni-W-P/Pr2O3镀层。利用浸泡试验对比了三种镀层在5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能,利用极化曲线法对比了三种镀层在3.5%NaCl水溶液中的腐蚀电化学行为。结果表明,三元合金镀层具有比二元合金镀层更优异的耐蚀性能,三元合金镀层在添加稀土后耐蚀性能进一步提高。镀层的低孔隙和易钝化现象是其耐蚀性能高的重要原因。Three kinds of electroless Ni-P plating with high P content, Ni-W-P and Ni-W-P/Pr2O3 were prepared. The corrosion resistance of the three kinds of plating was compared using immersion experiment in 5%;NaCl. The corrosion electrochemical behaviors in 3. 5% NaCl solution of the three kinds of plating were tested by polarization curves. The results showed that the Ni-W-P/Pr2O3 plating was the best, and Ni-P film was the worst. The corrosion current densities of Ni-W-P and Ni-W-P/Pr2O3 platings were 3. 863 uA/cm^2 and 2. 977 uA/cm^2, much smaller than that of the Ni-P film, which was 10. 11 uA/cm^2. The ternary alloy plating have more excellent corrosion resistance than binary alloy plating. The corrosion resistance of ternary alloy plating could be improved by adding rare earth. The low porosity and easy passivation are the important reasons for high corrosion resistance.
