基础状态下血压钠敏感性特征的探讨

摘　　要：目的：为了探讨基础状态下钠敏感者的特征，为人群中原发性高血压易感者的筛查及其治疗提供依据。方法：对５５名原发性高血压患者及１９名正常人进行血压钠敏感性的检查和有关指标的调查和实验室检测及流行病学分析。结果：红细胞膜钠—锂反转运率增高，血浆肾素活性受抑制，红细胞内钠蓄积，体重指数（ＢＭＩ）较大，年龄组偏高等，可能是基础状态下钠敏感者的特征。Objective: The present study has studied the characteristics of sodium sensitivities at basestate, so that the primary prevention and treatment of essential hypertension(EHT)can be conducted directly and effectivelyMethods:55 EHT patients and 19 normotensives were inves tigated and examined for collecting sodium sensitivity related data and indicaters and identifying whether they were sodium sensitivity or resistant with the laboratory examinations and epidemiological study and analysis Results: The results showed that at base state sodium sensitivities had increased RBC-Na+/Li+-CT,PRA decreased, increased RBC-Na+, higher body mass　index　and　elder All　these　may　be　the　characteristics　 of　 sodium　 sensitivity Conclusion:Relationship between basestate blood pressure and　sodium　sensitivity was not discovered in the present study
