摘 要:提出了一种新的基于双目视觉和灰度差分的粒径测量方法,并开发了相应的查询系统。根据散射光经过微粒后在不同角度时有不同强度的特点,通过布置具有不同拍摄角度的数字相机同时拍摄粒子,获得两幅具有灰度差异的粒子图像。结合图像几何校正、粒子检测、粒子配对等数字图像处理技术实现同一粒子在不同图像中所成像点的配对。配对之后再利用灰度差分法测量粒子粒径。最后使用该查询系统进行了模拟验证和实验验证。验证结果表明:本查询系统能够比较理想地实现不同角度下粒子图像的几何校正;利用校正之后的图像进行粒子配对,获得了较为理想的结果;在选择适当参数的情况下,利用灰度差分法能够初步实现对粒子粒径的测量。A new particle size measurement technique based on the binocular vision and the particle image gray difference was suggested and a corresponding inquiry system was developed. According to the fact that a light beam scattered by a particle presents different light levels at different angles after the particle, 2 digital cameras at different shooting angles capture 2 particle images with different gray scales at the same time. The 2 images of the same particle were matched by image processing techniques such as image geometry correction, particle detection, and particle matching. The particle size can be measured by the particle image gray difference. The developed inquiry system was validated by simulative and experimental images, and the results demonstrat that the system is able to correct the images with different shooting angles using the geometric correction method, to match 2 images of the same particle, and to measure the particle size by the particle image gray difference under suitably selected parameters.
