摘 要:对合成石英晶体Q值快速分析方法进行了研究。利用红外分光光度计吸收系数α与光强之间的经验公式建立了α~Q的工作曲线;固定红外2785 nm波长测量Z块和Y棒晶体的红外吸收;采用化学光谱分析,测量了合成石英晶体Z块和Y棒中所包含的杂质。对比分析结果表明,晶体中杂质含量多的部位,红外2785 nm波长吸收较大,该部位晶体的Q值低;而晶体所含杂质少的部位,对红外2785 nm波长的吸收也小,其Q值高。由此得到了用红外分光光度计快速测量合成石英晶体Q值的新方法。Rapid analysis of Q value of synthesized quartz was studied. Based on the experiential relationship between absorption factor a of infrared spectrophotometer instrument and the light strength, an α~Q working curve was established. The infrared light absorption of Z piece and Y stick crystal were measured as the wave length is fixed in 2785 nm. The impurities in Z piece and Y stick of synthesized quartz crystal were also measured by chemical spectroscopy analyze. The results show that the higher the impurities the Z and Y contain, the lower the Q value is, and vice versa. Based on this observation, a new rapid method to test the Q value of synthesized quartz crystal by infrared spectrophotometer was proposed.
