几种主要类型贫血患者血清红细胞生成素水平测定及其意义

摘　　要：用放射免疫125碘标记法对114例血液病性贫血患者血清EPO进行测定，并与间期30例正常人对照。结果：贫血患者的EPO水平明显高于正常人（P＜0．01及P＜0．05），其中以再生障碍性贫血最明显。结论：贫血病因对EPO浓度有影响。Using the Radio Isotope125I to examinate 114 cases with anemia and normal adult EPO in anemia were higher than in normal abults (P<0. 01 and P<0.05). In that,aplastic anemia's level of EPO had a notable marker. It was suggestedthat the cause of anemia affect its levle of EPO.
