摘　　要：目的评价预不混匀菌液对VITEK2 Compact药敏试验结果的影响。方法以预混匀菌液组为对照组,预不混匀菌液组为试验组,配对设计进行药敏试验,比较两组方法的差异。结果预混匀组与不预混匀组MIC相同者占96.07%,经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与预混匀菌液组比较,预不混匀菌液组对VITEK2 Compact药敏试验结果无影响。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of not premixed bacteria fluid on antibiotic susceptibility tests of VITEK2 Compact. METHODS The premixed bacteria fluid as control groups and the not premixed bacteria fluid as experimental groups were compared by matched-pairs design. RESULTS The MIC of the percent 96.07 was the same P〉0.05. CONCLUSIONS Not premixed bacteria fluid groups don＇t affect the antibiotic susceptibility test of VITEK2 Compact
