摘  要:为研究添加葵花油和丙酮酸钙对山羊瘤胃消化代谢、瘤胃内容物中共轭亚油酸(c9,t11-CLA)含量及组织内源合成CLA前体反式油酸(TVA)积累的影响,进行了体外与体内两组试验。体外试验分对照组、葵花油组(16 mg,约占干物质质量2%)、丙酮酸钙组(80 mg)和二者组合组(16 mg葵花油+80 mg丙酮酸钙)。体内试验选用5只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的山羊,采用自身对照,分为对照期和试验期(7 mL.d-1葵花油+0.05 g.kg-1.d-1丙酮酸钙),每期15d,间隔期10 d。结果表明:葵花油、丙酮酸钙和二者组合添加对瘤胃pH值、NH3-N和微生物粗蛋白(MCP)浓度、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量、(C2+C4)/C3值均无显著影响,但组合添加可使瘤胃内容物中长链脂肪酸C16∶0、C18∶0、TVA、c9-C18∶1、c9,t11-CLA含量显著增加(P<0.05),其中TVA、c9,t11-CLA比例分别上升5.77%和1.20%。结果表明:日粮中组合添加一定剂量的葵花油和丙酮酸钙可以在不影响山羊瘤胃消化代谢的情况下,改变瘤胃内容物脂肪酸组成,提高TVA积累,为组织内源合成CLA提供前体。Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of diatary supplementation with sunflower oil plus calcium pyruvate on rumen fermentation and fatty acids of cis9, trans11-CLA and trans vaccenic acid (trans 11 -C18, TVA) in ruminal di- gesta. The first experiment was incubated in vitro to investigate the effect of supplementing sunflower oil (16 mg, 2% dry meight) , calcium pyruvate (80 mg), or their combination on rumen fermentation. In the second experiment, the combination of sunflower (7 mL· d-1) and calcium pyruvate (0.05 g · kg-1· d-1 ) was supplemented to five goats installed with permanent ru- men fistulae by using self-control method, and the experiment included 2 periods, each period lasting for 15 days. The results showed that the value of pH, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and microbial crude protein ( MCP ) , volatile fatty acids (VFA), and the ratio of (C2 +Ca ) /C3 were not influenced obviously by adding sunflower oil and calcium pyruvate. However, the combination of sumqower oil and calcium pyruvate significantly increased the content of C16 : 0, C18 : 0, trans11-C18 : 1, cis9-C18 : 1, cis9, trans11-CLA (P〈0. 05), and the percentage of trans11-C18 : I and cis9, trans11-CLA was enhanced by 5.77% and 1.20% in total fatty acids, respectively. The result showed that diet supplementation with sunflower oil and calcium pyruvate had no significant effect on rumen fermentation type and metabolism, but had significant influence on fatty acid composition, especially on accumulation of TVA in rumen of goats.
