摘  要:随着辅助生殖技术的广泛开展,精子评估已由传统的精液常规分析向细胞、分子水平深入发展。精子DNA损伤是反映男性生育力的一个新指标。精子染色质结构分析、单细胞凝胶电泳、末端转移酶介导的dUTP末端标记法等方法被应用于检测精子DNA的损伤程度。目前建立一种简单易行、易于标准化的临床检测方法等方面还需进一步的研究。精子DNA损伤可能会导致不育、反复流产和影响辅助生殖技术治疗结局。本文主要就精子DNA损伤检测方法的原理、方法及临床应用作一综述。With the introduction of assisted reproductive technology ( ART), sperm assessment has developed progressively, from conventional semen routine tests to novel cellular and molecular measures. Several detection techniques have been developed for estimating the DNA damage of sperm, which is included sperm chromatin structure assay (SCSA), single -cell gel elect ropherosis (SCGE), Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL), etc. It needs further study to establish a simple, easy standardization of clinical testing methods at present. Sperm DNA damage might be associated with the male infertility, recurrent spontaneous abortion and the pregnancy outcome of ART. This review attempts a detailed description of these detection techniques, including their principles, methods and clinical application.
