摘 要:目的研究茜草科耳草属植物水线草Hedyotis cor ymbosa的化学成分。方法利用柱色谱、制备薄层色谱和重结晶进行分离纯化,通过波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为(4-)-lyo—niresinol-3α-O-β-Dglucopyranoside(I)、槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅱ)、七叶内酯(eseuletin,Ⅲ)、东莨菪内酯(scopoletin,Ⅳ)、耳草酮A(hedyotisconeA,Ⅴ)、对羟基苯甲酸(P—hydroxybenzoicacid,Ⅵ)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuicacid,Ⅶ)、香草酸(vanillicacid,Ⅷ)、丁香酸(syringicacid,Ⅸ)、(+)催吐萝芙叶醇[(4-)-vomifoliol,Ⅹ]、(-)-二氢催吐萝芙叶醇[(-)-dihydrovomifoliol,Ⅺ]、S-(4-)-去氢催吐萝芙叶醇[s-(+)-dehydrovomifoliol,Ⅻ]和茜素1-甲醚(alizarin1-methylether,Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅷ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the whole plant of Hedyotis corymbo- sa. Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography, pre-TLC, and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as (+)-lyoniresinol-3a-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅰ ), quercetin ( Ⅱ ), eseuletin ( Ⅲ ), scopo- letin (Ⅳ), hedyotiscone A ( Ⅴ ), p-hydroxybenzoic acid ( Ⅵ ), protoeatechuic acid ( Ⅶ ), vanillic acid ( Ⅷ ), syringic acid ( Ⅸ ), ( + )-vomifoliol ( Ⅹ ), ( - )-dihydrovomifoliol ( Ⅺ ), S-( + )-dehydrovomifoliol (Ⅻ), and alizarin 1-methyl ether ( Ⅷ ), respectively. Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅷ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
