摘　　要：目的研究茜草科耳草属植物水线草Hedyotis cor ymbosa的化学成分。方法利用柱色谱、制备薄层色谱和重结晶进行分离纯化，通过波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到13个化合物，分别鉴定为（4-）-lyo—niresinol-3α-O-β-Dglucopyranoside（I）、槲皮素（quercetin，Ⅱ）、七叶内酯（eseuletin，Ⅲ）、东莨菪内酯（scopoletin，Ⅳ）、耳草酮A（hedyotisconeA，Ⅴ）、对羟基苯甲酸（P—hydroxybenzoicacid，Ⅵ）、原儿茶酸（protocatechuicacid，Ⅶ）、香草酸（vanillicacid，Ⅷ）、丁香酸（syringicacid，Ⅸ）、（＋）催吐萝芙叶醇[（4-）-vomifoliol，Ⅹ]、（-）-二氢催吐萝芙叶醇[（-）-dihydrovomifoliol，Ⅺ]、S-（4-）-去氢催吐萝芙叶醇[s-（＋）-dehydrovomifoliol，Ⅻ]和茜素1-甲醚（alizarin1-methylether，Ⅷ）。结论化合物Ⅰ～Ⅷ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the whole plant of Hedyotis corymbo- sa. Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography, pre-TLC, and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as （＋）-lyoniresinol-3a-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （ Ⅰ ）, quercetin （ Ⅱ ）, eseuletin （ Ⅲ ）, scopo- letin （Ⅳ）, hedyotiscone A （ Ⅴ ）, p-hydroxybenzoic acid （ Ⅵ ）, protoeatechuic acid （ Ⅶ ）, vanillic acid （ Ⅷ ）, syringic acid （ Ⅸ ）, （ ＋ ）-vomifoliol （ Ⅹ ）, （ - ）-dihydrovomifoliol （ Ⅺ ）, S-（ ＋ ）-dehydrovomifoliol （Ⅻ）, and alizarin 1-methyl ether （ Ⅷ ）, respectively. Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅷ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
