林农对国家生态购买的意愿及其影响因素分析——基于福建省南平市林农调查的实证研究  

Farmers on the Willingness for the National Ecological Purchase and their Impact Factors Analysis——Based on Empirical Research of Foresters in Nanping City of Fujian

摘　　要：基于福建集体林区南平市邵武、光泽进行的林农实地调查数据,研究林农对国家生态购买的意愿及其影响因素。分析结果显示:林农对国家生态购买的期望价格的众数和中位数均为42.5元,均值为35.05元;林农所拥有的林种类型对林农的期望价格意愿有显著影响。而林农对国家生态购买方式的选择意愿则倾向国家以租金或现金直接购买,林农环保意识、林地产权证以及林改方案是否经过村代表大会对购买方式的选择意愿有显著影响。并在计量分析的基础上提出了完善国家生态购买的政策建议。Based on field survey data in the collective forest areas in Shaowu and Guangze of Nanping City of Fujian, the paper study the farmers for the willingness for national ecological purchase and their impact factors. The results showed that： the national ecological purchase on the expectations price of the median and mode are 42.5 yuan, 35.05 yuan average; farmers owned forest types has a significant influence on farmers price expecta- tions and willingness. And farmers on the purchase selection willingness tend to rent or to buy the cash directly, farmers awareness of environmental protection, as well as the forestryland property certifiaction, whether the village changed the program on behalf of the General Assembly have a significant impact on the choice of buying willingness. And based on quantitative analysis, propose the purchase of a sound national ecological policy recommendations.
