摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠道双对比造影对功能性消化不良的X线诊断价值。方法对有消化道症状的1287例患者进行双对比造影检查,排除有器质性病变者,其中390例为功能性消化不良患者,在检查的过程中未服用任何动力药,全部过程要在电视透视下观察和摄片。结果功能性消化不良的X线征象,都与相应的临床症状关系密切。结论胃肠道排空和运动障碍是功能性消化不良的主要发病基础,了解和认识功能性消化不良的X线诊断,有助于临床对该病患者采取积极有效的治疗以及对疗效的动态观察。Objective To explore the value of X-ray diagnosis in upper digestive tract functional dyspepsia and its correlation with clinical symptoms.Methods Pneumo--barium double contrast examination without any power medicine were perfomed in 1287cases, the elimination has the organic pathological change, and 390 cases for the functionality dyspepsia patient, has not taken any power medicine in the inspection process, the complete process must the observation and absorbs the piece under the television perspective. Results The X--ray imaging of functional dyspepsia in upper digestive tract types,every type has tight relation with it＇ s clinical symptoms. Conclusion The obstacle of gastric emptying and dyskinesia are the main pathogenetic base of dyspepsia in upper digestive tract, understanding and understanding the X--ray diagnosis of functional dyspepsia , is helpful in clinical adopt the positive effective treatment as well as to the curative effect dynamic observation to should sickness patient.
