摘 要:考虑换热器管板胀接接头和高温拉伸实验机结构,设计了试件和实验方案,对液压胀接接头在高温条件下的拉脱力变化规律进行了实验研究。当温度在100℃内,拉脱力随温度升高显著增大、受胀管率影响较大;当温度在100℃~300℃时,拉脱力随温度升高略有降低,胀管率影响逐步变小。实验结果可为换热器管板胀接接头设计和拉脱力计算提供理论依据。Considering the structure of high-temperature experimental institution and the joint of tubesheet in heat exchanger, the specimen and the experimental program is designed, and the experimental research about the pull-out force of hydraulically expanded joint changes in high temperature condition is held. When the temperature is less than 100℃, the pull-out force increased significantly with temperature increasing, and it is impacted greater by expanding rate; When the temperature is between 100℃ and 300℃, the pull-out force decreased slightly with temperature increasing, and the impact of expanding rate gradually becomes smaller. The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for the design of expanded joint of the tubesheet in heat exchanger and the calculation of pull-out force.
