糖尿病患者血小板电镜分型计数与血浆内皮素的关系

摘　　要：目的：观察糖尿病患者血小板分型计数情况和血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）的改变及其相关性。方法：对６４例糖尿病患者（包括４２例合并肾病患者）和３０例正常人采用电子显微镜对血小板分型计数和放免法测定ＥＴ。结果：糖尿病患者血小板聚集型和血浆内皮素水平较正常对照组均明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），且随糖尿病肾病的严重程度增加而升高。两指标呈明显正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Objective:To investigate the platelets Classification count and the changes of plasma endothelin of patients with Diabetes Millitus and the correlation between of them.Method:The blood platelets classification count by electronmicroscopy and the level of plasma endothelin by radioimmunoassay in 64 cases of patients with Diabetes Millitus(including 44 cases associated with nephropathy) and 30 normal subjects as the control were determined.Results: The aggregated type of platelets and the level of plasma endothelin for patients with Diabetes Millitus all were significantly higher than that of the control( P <0.01);the increases of both were rising with the degree in severity of diabetic nephropathy.The two indicators were significantly and positively correlated( P <0.01).Conclusion:The increase of the aggregated platelets and the damage of endothelia might take part in the occurence and development of diabetic nephropathy.
