老年糖尿病患者血清骨钙素与骨密度关系的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究老年糖尿病患者血清骨钙素（ＢＧＰ）水平与骨密度（ＢＭＤ）的关系。方法：应用放射免疫分析法（ＲＩＡ）对６０例老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者与５０例健康老年人进行血清ＢＧＰ检测，并与ＢＭＤ、血清Ｃａ２＋、ＰＯ３－３和碱性磷酸酶（ＡＫＰ）进行比较和分析。结果：老年糖尿病组血清ＢＧＰ水平较对照组明显降低，并且糖尿病组血清ＢＧＰ的下降与ＢＭＤ的下降呈相关。Objective: To Study the relationship of serum osteoscalcin (bone gla-protein BGP)level with bone mineral density (BMD) in patients with senile diabetes.Methods:Serum BGP Was detected with RIA in 60 cases of senile NIDDM and 50 cases of health aged. Moreover,to compare and analyze the relationship of senum BGP with serum Ca2+.PO3-3 and alkaline phosphotase (AKP) level.Results:BGP level was decreased significantly in senile diabetes group than in control group and the decrease of serum BGP Value in diabetes group was relatedto those in BMDConclusion:Detecting serum BGP is a sensitive and useful index for diagnosing bone metabolic abnormality and osteoporosis in patients with senile diabetes.
