我国体育仲裁现状及构建体育仲裁制度建议

摘　　要：体育仲裁是体育纠纷经济、有效、便捷的解决方式,我国体育仲裁立法尚处于不完善阶段。从体育仲裁机构的设置、体育仲裁的受案范围、体育仲裁协议的形式、体育仲裁程序等方面对我国体育仲裁制度提出构建建议。Sports arbitration provides an economic, effective as well as efficient way to settle sports disputes. But the legislation of sports arbitration in China is still at its preliminary stage. This article puts forward suggestions on the construction of sports arbitration system from several aspects including the establishment of sports arbitration institutions, the scope of cases of sports arbitration, forms of sports arbitration agreements and procedures of sports arbitration.
