摘　　要：针对不同办公文档格式的互通问题,系统地分析了标文通和Office Open XML Format两种文档格式的演示文稿描述结构及其存在的差异。在两种格式的基础上提出演示文稿文档模型结构,采用预处理和主转换相结合的方法,通过构建转换器,实现了两种文档格式之间转换。结果表明该方法有较好的转换效果。Targeting the interchange of documents with different formats, a systematic analysis on the presentation document structures of both UOF and Office Open XML Format is made to explore their similarities and differences. A presentation document model is proposed based on the two formats. A translator applying 2-phase conversion process, i. e. , the pre-processing phase and major converting phase, is constructed to perform the translation between the two formats. The result shows that the method can achieve fairly good result.
