摘　　要：目的:了解我院新型抗抑郁药应用情况及用药趋势。方法:对我院2005～2008年的新型抗抑郁药应用品种、销售金额、用药频度等情况进行回顾性分析。结果:我院使用的新型抗抑郁药有5类,共20个品种。2005～2008年新型抗抑郁药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,销售金额年均增长率为26.54%,5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)约占总销售金额的65%,进口及合资企业生产的新型抗抑郁药约占总销售金额的78%。结论:我院进口及合资企业生产的新型抗抑郁药用量呈逐年上升趋势,国产的新型抗抑郁药用量呈逐年下降趋势。SSRI类新型抗抑郁药已成为我院治疗抑郁症的一线用药。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status quo and trend of the utilization of neotype antidepressant drugs in our hospital. METHODS： The use of neotype antidepressant drugs during the period 2005 - 2008 in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively in respect of the drug variety, consumption sum and DDDs etc. RESULTS： 5 categories （20 kinds） of neotype antidepressant drugs were used in our hospital. The consumption sum of neotype antidepressant drugs in our hospital increased year on year, up 26.54% in average annual growth rate. In terms of consumption sum, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor （SSRI） accounted for 65% and the imported neotype antidepressant drugs or those from joint venture accounted for 78 %. CONCLUSION： In our hospital, the consumption quantity of neotype antidepressant drugs from joint venture increased year on year, whereas the domestic - made ones decreased year on year. SSRI have become the first line drugs for depressive disorder in our hospital.
