摘　　要：目的:进行抗精神失常药应用分析,使临床用药更趋安全、有效、经济、适当,为临床抗精神失常病药物合理应用提供依据。方法:采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)为指标的分析方法,对本院2005～2008年抗精神失常药的用药数据进行统计分析。结果:本院抗精神失常药用药结构发生改变,用药频度和金额总体下降。其中经典抗精神病药和抗抑郁药用药频度呈下降趋势,非经典抗精神病药和新型抗抑郁药呈上升趋势。结论:通过用药分析,笔者为临床提供更加经济合理的药物及用药指导,提高了患者的治愈率和好转率。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the utilization of psychotolytics so as to facilitate their safe, effective, economical and rational clinical use and provide reference for rational use of this kind of drugs. METHODS： The defined daily dose （DDD） analytical method recommended by WTO was used for the statistical analysis of the psychotolytics used in our hospital during 2005 - 2008. RESULTS： This utilization structure of psychotolytics in our hospital witnessed a change, declined in both DDDs and consumption sum. In terms of DDDs, classic psychotolytics and antidepressants assumed a downtrend, whereas the non-classic antipsychotic drugs and the new type antl-depressants assumed uptrend. CONCLUSION： The drug utilization analysis provided information about more economical and reasonable drugs for guidance of medication and enhanced patients＇ cure rate and improvement rate.
