2000～2007年我院门诊促胃肠动力药应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨我院门诊促胃肠动力药的临床使用情况及发展趋势,并分析其合理性。方法:对我院门诊2000～2007年使用的促胃肠动力药的品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:2000～2007年主要应用促胃肠动力药共有5个品种;8年总DDDs的增长率为67.91%,销售金额增长率为16.00%;各个药品DDC逐年下降;DDDs居前的药品为疗效肯定、不良反应较小的品种。结论:我院门诊促胃肠动力药应用总体上合理和规范,正向着高效、安全、不良反应小的方向发展。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the status quo, trend and rationality of the use of gastrointestinal prokinetic agents in outpatients of our hospital. METHODS ： The use of gastrointestinal prokinetie agents in the outpatients of our hospital was analyzed in respect of the variety, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC etc. RESULTS： During the period 2000 - 2007, a total of 5 kinds of gastrointestinal prokinetic agents were used in outpatients of our hospital, rose by 67.91% in total DDDs and by 16.00% in consumption sum over the 8 yeas. The DDC of each drug presented downtrend. Topping the list of DDDs were those medicines that with proved efficacy and fewer adverse drug reactions. CONCLUSION： The utilization of gastrointestinal prokinetic agents in the outpatients of our hospital was rational and standard on the whole and is developing toward high efficacy and safety but few adverse drug reactions.
