摘  要:目的:监测2003~2007年5年来本院临床分离菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法:Kirby-Bauer纸片扩散法测定临床常见细菌对常用抗菌药物的敏感性。结果:革兰阳性菌中表皮葡萄球菌占首位,肠球菌属的细菌呈逐年上升趋势;革兰阴性菌中大肠埃希菌最多,其余为铜绿假单胞菌、克雷伯菌属,不动杆菌等,分离的细菌均呈现稳中上升的趋势。金葡菌对青霉素类和大环内酯类抗生素已呈高度耐药,大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林的耐药率最高,肺炎克雷白杆菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药率均呈升高趋势。结论:我院细菌耐药情况严重,应采取措施控制细菌耐药性的产生和蔓延。OBJECTIVE: To monitor the antibiotic resistance of clinical isolated strains in Qingdao municipal hospital from 2003 to 2007. METHODS: Kirby - Baue diffusion method was employed to detect the susceptibility of those clinical isolated strains RESULTS: Staphylococcus epidermidis took the lead among gram positive bacteria and the enterococcus increased year by year. Of all the gram negative bacteria, Escherichia coli took the lead followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter. All these bacteria remained stable or slightly increase in number. Staphylococcus aureus were highly resistant to penicillins and macrolide antibiotics. The resistant rates of Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ampicillin were the highest, while that of Klebsiella pneumoniae to common antibacterial agent assumed a upward trend. CONCLUSION: The antibiotic resistance was serious in our hospital, and which should be kept under control by taking effective measures.
