摘 要:目的探讨护理本科毕业生在科研过程中所遇的困难和收获,从而为提高科研带教质量提供依据。方法在查阅文献、咨询专家的基础上,设计半结构式的访谈提纲,应用焦点团体访谈法,对在我院完成毕业科研训练的10名护理本科毕业生进行小组访谈;对所得资料进行定性分析。结果通过科研训练,学生明晰了科研设计的过程,科研论文书写能力得到提高;双向导师在科研训练指导中起着重要的作用;多数同学感觉在选题、统计学方法、论文撰写上存在着一定的困难,需要指导老师给予帮助。结论双向导师具有优势互补的作用;科研训练中应加强选题和论文撰写的训练与指导;注重对学生早期科研能力的培养。Objective To investigate the difficulties and obtains in research training among nursing undergraduates,and to provide reference for the future research training and clinical teaching. Methods The data were collected on 10 nursing undergraduates by focus group with semi - structured interview,were transcribed based on the tape and were analyzed by content analysis. Results The students reported that the research training helped them master the method of research design and trained their writing ability;the school - based as well as hospital - based advisors played an important role in the research training. They had some difficulties and needed advisors' guidance in topic choosing,statistics and paper writing. Conclusions The two - way advisor system can make full use of their advantages respectively. Moreover, it is suggested to strengthen the training and guidance in topic choosing and paper writing as well as focus on the early training of research ability.
