儿童弱视斜视防治系统的建立与效果

摘　　要：目的建立儿童弱视斜视防治系统,以便早期发现、早期干预。方法从2003年开始我院在12所小学与幼儿园进行弱视斜视筛查,建立健康档案和定期随访,创建"弱视斜视家长俱乐部"等。结果普查人数逐年增多,弱视斜视治疗量逐年增加,治疗效果不断提高,来院就诊量逐年上升。结论建立儿童弱视斜视防治系统,可以使儿童弱视斜视得到正规治疗和有效预防。Objective To establish a prevention and treatment system for children with amblyopia and strabismus in order to diagnose and intervene ambtyopia and strabismus as early as possible. Methods The prevention and treatment system included screening amblyopia and strabismus in primary schools and kindergartens,establishing health records and providing follow -up service for the children with amblyopia and strabismus, and selling up ＂ support group for the parents＂. Results The numbers of outpatients for screening and treatment of amblyopia and strabismus were significantly increased. Moreover,the treatment effectiveness was improved. Conclusion The establishment of prevention and treatment system can effectively prevent amblyopia and strabismus in children and ensure the effective treatment for children with amblyopia and strabismus.
