摘 要:目的探讨区域化管理模式在病房五常法管理的应用效果。方法成立五常法质量控制小组;划分区域;制订区域化的五常法管理检查及评分标准并实施。结果得满分(100分)科室数目增多,90分以下科室明显减少(P<0.05)。实施前后治疗室、急救车、护士站、病房、污物间、更衣室得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);库房杂物间、医生办公室差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将区域化管理模式应用到病房五常法管理中能客观评价五常法实施效果,节省资源,持续提高护理工作质量。Objective To explore the application of regionalization management mode in the five routine ward management. Methods The management measures included setting up a five routine quality control team, dividing regions, formulating evaluation standards,implementing regionalization management mode and evaluating the quality according to the evaluation standards. Results Compared with before,the number of departments with full mark increased significantly, while the number of departments lower than 90 points decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ). The quality scores of treatment room, emergency materials and drugs, nurse station, ward,biohazard waste room, and dressing room were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05). There was no significanl difference in the management of storeroom and doctor' office ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of regionalization management mode in the five routine ward management can evaluate the effectiveness of five routine management objectively, save medical sources and improve the quality of nursing constantly.
