摘  要:目的:观察NO(一氧化氮)在治疗急性高原肺水前后的视网膜的改变,为探讨高原缺氧性眼底疾病的防治提供理论依据;方法:采用直接眼底镜和血氧仪对22例急性高原肺水肿患者在NO治疗前后(24小时)进行眼底检诊和血氧测定;结果:22例急性高原肺水肿患者眼底以动静脉血管改变为主(100%);其次发生程度不同的视乳头充血(90.9%)、视网膜水肿(81.8%)、渗出(100%)及视网膜出血(18.2%),NO吸入治疗后血管改变明显减轻(36.36%),乳头充血(22.72%)、网膜渗出(27.2%)、网膜水肿及出血(9.09)明显减轻或消失,与治疗前比较P<0.01;结论:NO对高原缺氧性视网膜改变有显著疗效。 Objective:To study changes of retina after treatment of high altitude pulmnary edema(HAPE)with No and provide a theory basis to protect and cure retina disease at high altitude.Methods:Eyeground and SPO_2 of 22 patients with acute HAPE were measured using fundscope and palmoxi-meter before and after treating with NO.Results:All of 22 cases had eyeground changes(100%),the first change was of eyeground vessles(100%),the others were discus nervi opticihyperemia(909%),retina edema(818%) etc before treatment with NO.These conditions released or/and disappeared after treatment with NO(P<001).Conclusions:Significant effects of treatment are found in retina when NO is used to cure the acute HAPE.
