基于“质量工程”的大学计算机公共基础课程教学改革思考

摘　　要：本文总结了我国大学计算机基础课程教学发展若干阶段,分析了"2006-2020年国家信息化发展战略"中提出的"信息化人才培养"及2007年教育部"质量工程"中提出的"学生实践能力和创新精神培养"的新要求,给出了大学计算机公共基础课程设置的构想和加强计算机基础教学改革的措施。This paper summarizes a number of our university computer basic course teaching development stages, and analyses the ＂Information-based Talent Training＂ in the ＂2006-2020 National Information-based Development Strategy＂ and in 2007 the ＂Training the practical ability and the spirit of innovation of students＂ in ＂Quality Project＂ proposed by the Ministry of Education, gives the university computer common basic course setup constitutive thinking and the step of strengthening the basic teaching reform of computer.
