微波联合甘露聚糖肽治疗尖锐湿疣疗效及复发诱因观察

摘　　要：目的观察微波联合甘露聚糖肽治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及尖锐湿疣的复发诱因。方法131例尖锐湿疣患者按随机和自愿原则分成2组,75例行微波治疗后肌注甘露聚糖肽(治疗组),另56例仅行微波治疗(对照组)。观察两组患者的复发率以及治疗组中达到医嘱要求者与未达到医嘱要求者的复发率。结果治疗组的复发率为30.67%,对照组的复发率为55.36%,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组中达到医嘱要求者复发率为12.20%,未达到医嘱要求组复发率为52.94%,两组复发率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论甘露聚糖肽能有效降低尖锐湿疣的复发率;术后嘱咐患者保护局部皮肤粘膜及避免免疫力下降的各种诱因,可降低尖锐湿疣的复发率。Objective To observe the Clinical efficacy of combining microwave with Mannatide Injection in treating condyloma acuminatum and to find recrudescence cause of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 131 patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group： treated by microwave combined with Mannatide Injection . Control group：only treated by microwave. 75 patients of treatment group were intramuscularly injected with Mannatide Injection 5mg/days for 1 month after microwave treatment , 55 patients of control group were given microwave therapy only. We observed the recurrence rates of two groups. At the same time we observed the recurrence rate of the patients who obeyed the doctor＇s advice and who didn＇ t obey the doctor＇s advice in treatment group. Results Recurrence rates of treatment group and control group were 30.67% and 55.36% respectively.There was a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. Recurrence rates of who obeyed the doctor＇s advice and who didn＇t obey the doctor＇s advice in treatment group were 12.20% and 52.94% respectively. There also was a significant difference between two groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The Clinical efficacy of combining microwave with Mannatide Injection in treating condyloma acuminatum is better than using microwave only.It can reduce recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum effectively.After the Surgery, obeying the doctor＇s advice about protecting the partial skin mucous membrane and avoiding causes which impair the immunity can reduce the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum.
