中西医结合治疗急性颅内血肿

摘　　要：目的：探求急性外伤性颅内血肿的保守治疗疗效。方法：CT检查证实外伤性颅内血肿中,经保守治疗722例,其中西医组80例,中医组172例,中西医结合组470例。结果：中西医结合组疗效优于中医组,中医组优于西医组,结论：中西医结合治疗急性颅内血肿比其他效果佳。To explore the effect of acute traumatic intracranial hematoma treated by non-operation management. Methods: 722 Patients with acute traumatic intracranial hematoma diagnosised by CT-scanning,were treated by non-operation managment. 80 cases by western medicine, 172 cases by herbs,and 470 cases were treated by integrate chinese and western medicine. Results:The outcome of the third group was better than the second one,and the second better than the first one. Conclusion: Treatment of acute traumatic intracranial hematoma by integrate chinese and western medicine is better than other managemant.
