摘　　要：在南二上采区存在多煤层,且地表赋存巨厚松散层,其上方分布着二道河、铁路、高压线塔,分别采用"移"、"填"、"垫"综合治理技术,成功解决了"三下"采煤难题,安全高效地采出煤炭资源。There are multi-coal beds at South II mining area and the surface of the earth is thick loosen layer. There are two rivers, railways, high vohage towers on the top of mining area. Adopting the comprehensive management technology of ＂shift＂, ＂fill＂, ＂pad＂ can successfully solve the ＂under three＂ mining problems and recover the coal resources securely and efficiently.
