摘　　要：由于管理信息需求的不确定性、多样性和动态性,管理信息系统(包括ERP)的开发一直被认为是一项高风险的投资项目.通过管理信息本体的研究,构建基于本体需求的管理信息本体描述框架及其谓词演算集,无疑可以进一步降低管理信息系统的开发成本,缩短开发周期,提高开发效率,并且易于维护,从而延长管理信息系统的生命周期.Because of the uncertainty, multiplicity and dynamic of management information, the development of management information system （ERP） was always considered as a high risk investment project. By studying the management information ontology and constructing the description framework and its predicate calculus set on management information ontology based on the ontological requirement, the cost can be further reduced, the cycle is shortened, the efficiency about the development of management information system without doubt is enhanced, and the management information system is maintained so easily that the life cycle of management information system will be lengthened for a long time.
