摘 要:利用氮丙啶交联剂对聚乙烯醇缩糠醛进行改性,研究了交联剂用量对改性胶膜的力学性能、溶胀度、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)的影响。结果表明,在聚乙烯醇缩糠醛溶液中加入适量的氮丙啶交联剂,能明显提高胶膜的力学性能,与未经改性的胶膜相比,拉伸强度提高39.58%,断裂伸长率增加了54.21%,Tg也提高了6℃,耐水、耐碱、耐溶剂性都得到很大提高。Poly(vinyl furfural) was modified using aziridine as the crosslinker, and the effects of crosslinker content on mechanical properties, swelling ratio and glass transition temperature (T) of the modified poly(vinyl furfural) film were investigated.It was found that the mechanical properties of the modified poly(vinyl furfural) films were improved after the appropriate content of the crosslinker was added in the poly(vinyl furfurat) solution. In contrast with the unmodified poly(vinyl furfural) film, the tensile strength of the modified poly(vinyl furfural) film was enhanced by 39.58%, the elongation was enhanced by 54.21%,and the Tg was also increased by 6℃;moreover,water-resistance, base-resistance and solvent-resistance of the modified poly(vinyl furfural) films were greatly improved.
