摘　　要：回顾了信息安全技术的发展过程,面对复杂网络的重要信息系统的多种业务的应用,提出了一种切实可行的以信息安全运行中心为核心的安全管理网构架,实现了面向用户的SOA持续安全保障服务。This paper reviews the development of information security technology. In the face of the complex network of critical information systems for a variety of business applications, a practical manner to information security operations center at the core network security management framework to achieve a user-oriented SOA security services.
