“两型社会”背景下城郊分区规划编制模式探析——以武汉市新城组群分区规划为例

摘　　要：以武汉市城郊结合地区发展现势分析为基础,剖析"两型社会"背景下,处于转型期的特大城市城郊结合地区规划面临的挑战,回顾并分析了传统分区规划对该类区域规划的不适应性。以武汉市新城组群分区规划的工作实践为例,从工作目标、模式与路径选择、规划主要内容等方面探讨了武汉市在大尺度城郊结合地区分区规划中的变革思路。Based on the analysis of current development in outskirts of Wuhan city, this paper examines the challenges that the outskirts of mega cities are faced with under the background of constructing the conservation-minded and environment-friendly society, and reviews the unadaptability of traditional district plan formulation to the regional plans in new social context. With district plans of new cities in Wuhan as an example, it discusses the planning innovation of the Wuhan outskirts from the aspects of target, mode, path and contents and so on.
