摘　　要：企业自备电厂纷纷建立和扩容的同时,也带来了很多难以解决的问题。本文通过对"能效电厂"的分析来论述能效车间的概念、工作模式及优势,为自备电厂的扩容提供一种新选择和新思路,以期达到自备电厂不新建、不扩容的目的。Enterprise self-owned electric power plants have been establishing and expanding the in- stalled capacity quickly, at the same time, many new problems comes up. The concept, working model and advantages o5 the Efficiency Power Workshop have been discoursed through an analysis of ＂Efficiency Power Plant＂. That will provide a new kind of selection and research idea to achieve the goal that no new self-owned electric power plants will be built and no capacity will be expanded.
