摘  要:采用反相乳液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),测定了聚合反应转化率及产物特性粘度,并对其官能团进行了表征。考察了加料方式、单体质量分数、乳化剂用量、油水比对产物性能的影响。实验结果表明,最佳合成条件为:单体质量分数22.5%(对水相),乳化剂质量分数2%(对油相),油水比为1:2。Polyacrylamide was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization. The monomeric percentage of conversion and intrinsic viscosity were mensurated and the functional group was characterized. The influences of adding mode, monomer concentration, amount of emulsifier, oil-water ratio on the performance of the product were also studied. The results of polymerization indicated that the optimal concentration of monomer was 22.5% compared with the water phase, emulsifier amount was 2% compared with the oil phase, and the optimal volume ratio of oil to water was 1 : 2.
