胆管空肠Y型吻合返流原因探讨及新对策

摘　　要：为了克服胆肠吻合术后常有肠液返流引起上行性感染等并发症，作者设计了新术式。将犬一段小肠沿系膜间纵型劈成同步运动两肠管，用其中一支游离肠管完成胆肠吻合，利用这两肠管的同步运动及其与远端肠管在生理运动传导上的自然连续性和沿续性，保证了这两肠管及其与下行肠管原有的生理运动协调一致性，有效地疏导食糜、胆汁的顺行排泄、达到无返流的效果。To overcome complications caused by instestial liquid backflow, such as asceding infection, after choledochojejunostomy,we cleaved asegment of small-bowel along intermesentary into two parts and severed them seperately in twelve dogs.The free one of them was used for choledo-chojeujunostomy. As the two parts of seperated small-bowel could move simultaneously and the physiological movement could spread to their remote part naturely and continouously,the bile excretion and foodtransmission were almost as nuent as normal in a physiological conditon and back flow was avoided effectively.
