摘　　要：目的:提出推进医院外事管理系统化、高效化及可持续发展的新思路。方法:分析目前医院外事管理的现状、存在的问题,及所面临的挑战和机遇。结果:目前,医院外事管理的主要问题是体制机制不完善及缺乏目标规划。结论:加强统筹规划及评估工作有助于推进医院外事管理系统化、高效化和可持续发展。Objective：To present new approaches to improve the foreign affairs management to achieve systernatism, high effectiveness and sustainable development. Methods：The status, existing problems, challenges and opportunities of recent hospital foreign affairs administration were analyzed. Results.. At present, the main problems in the field of hospital foreign affairs management include imperfection of system and lack of proper planning. Conclusion.. To make overall plans and strengthen evaluation work can perhaps improve the foreign affairs management.
