摘　　要：城市轨道交通项目的生命周期长,技术复杂,对社会、环境和城市发展有很大的影响。在设计阶段对城市轨道交通项目的施工和运营维护阶段的问题进行考虑是必要的。基于对城市轨道交通项目全生命周期的考虑,提出了城市轨道交通项目全生命周期设计理念,包括节能化设计、人性化设计、可靠性设计、可施工性设计、可扩展性设计、经济性设计及突发事件处理与安全性设计等,并对实现该理念的过程进行了阐述。Urban mass transit projects have long life cycles, feature complicated technology and great impact on environment and urban development. It is necessary to pay great attention to the problems that may happen in the construction and operation of urban mass transit projects daring the design stage. Considering the life cycle of urban rail projects, this paper puts forward some new design concepts, including energy-saving, human-orientation, reliability, constructability, expandability, economy, emergency-dealing and security designs. Also, this paper describes the processes in which this design concept is to be implemented.
