摘　　要：建设环京津休闲旅游产业带,使河北形成环京津休闲旅游产业集群,是河北省促进旅游业转型升级的重要举措。它的建设将有效促进旅游资源优化配置、旅游产品结构调整和新的休闲旅游产品的开发,并快速提升河北旅游产品的品牌影响力和市场竞争力。嵌入式可以作为河北省环京津休闲旅游产业集群培育的主要驱动力模式,以点线面结合的产业链,构建三维立体的产业集群空间布局,优先采取外力推动型的产业集群培育路径,实现河北休闲旅游产业的跨越式发展,并最终实现"京津冀"大旅游圈的目标。The construction of leisure tourism industry belt around Beijing-Tianjin will help Hebei develop into a leisure tourism industry group around Beijing-Tianjin,which is the key measure to promote Hebei＇s tourism transformation and upgrading. Its construction will effectively optimize the allocation of resources,adjust the structure of tourism product and develop the new leisure tourism product. Meanwhile, it can upgrade rapidly the influence of brand and market competitiveness of tourism products from Hebei. Embedded type can be used as the main driving pattern to cultivate the leisure tourism industry group around Beijing and Tianjin in Hebei. It combinates with points,lines and areas to make up the industry chain,building a three-dimensional spatial distribution of industrial group. Furthermore, it takes the externally-driven industrial group path so that the leapforward development of leisure tourism industry in Hebei can be achieved and the goal of a Hebei-Beijing-Tianjin tourism circle will be obtained.
