52例急性重症胰腺炎的治疗

摘　　要：分析52例急性重症胰腺炎（SAP）患者治疗情况，结果52例患者均取得较满意的疗效。提示胆源性SAP及存在严重胰外器官侵犯的SAP患者宜联合应用小网膜囊蝶型开放引流、善得定、TPN、代谢支持及中药等疗法。Fifty two cases of severe acute pancreatitis were treated in our department inrecent 6 years. Satisfactory outcome was obtained when the cases of gallstone pancreatits and infected pancreatitc necrosis and severe complications of organic functions injury of pancreas were treated by the necrosectomy and opened continuous lavage of lesseromental sac with Sandostatin and TPN metabolic support.
