女患者下腹部手术术前的心理护理

摘　　要：目的由于焦虑、情绪高度紧张等不良心理因素可导致神经内分泌系统产生应激反应。本研究的目的在于探讨术前心理护理对下腹部外科手术患者的作用。方法选择择期行下腹部手术的女性患者98例,随机分为2组,其中观察组55例,干预组43例。干预组患者给与围术期心理护理,而对照组则采用常规护理。采用围术期心理护理评分评价两组患者的焦虑程度的差异。结果观察组心理护理评分平均为13分,干预组为5分。结论女性患者下腹部手术前心理护理至关重要。Objective To discuss the necessary of psychological care of female patients who completely exposed the lower abdomen in operation. Anxiety, mood of high tension may also lead to psychological and other neuroendocrine stress response system. Methods Ninety-eight patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group of 49 cases were given psychological care, 49 cases of control group were without psychological care. The effects were evaluated using psychological nursing effect score. Results Observation group obtained 13 points, control group obtained 5 points. Conclusion Psychological care is particularly important for female patients who need completely exposed the lower abdominal in surgery operation.
