二甲双胍和吡格列酮的离子对HPLC测定

摘　　要：建立了离子对HPLC法同时测定二甲双胍吡格列酮片中的盐酸二甲双胍和盐酸吡格列酮。采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-2mmol/LSDS(56∶44)为流动相,检测波长264nm。盐酸二甲双胍和盐酸吡格列酮分别在400～600μg/ml和12～18μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为99.2%和99.1%,RSD为0.31%和0.62%。An ion-pair HPLC method was established for the determination of metformin hydrochloride and pioglitazone hydrochloride. A C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol-2 mmol/L SDS （56 ： 44） , at the detection wavelength of 264 nm. The calibration curves of metformin hydrochloride and pioglitazone hydrochloride were linear in the concentration ranges of 400 - 600 μg/ml and 12 - 18 μg/ml. The recoveries were 99.2% and 99.1%, with RSDs of 0.31% and 0.62 %.
