摘  要:以雄性不育系番茄JL-2和冀东216为材料,以叶片作为外植体,用不同激素,不同浓度配方,诱导不同育性番茄叶片愈伤组织、不定芽及其不定根,筛选出高效再生的番茄组织培养基。结果表明:MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+IAA 0.3 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7.5 g/L(pH 5.86)对冀东216的愈伤组织的诱导效果最佳,诱导率为81.0%,MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.3 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7.5 g/L(pH 5.86)对雄性不育系叶片的愈伤组织的诱导效果最佳,诱导率为66.7%;MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.3 mg/L+蔗糖40 g/L+琼脂7.5 g/L对冀东216诱导芽及茎效果好,诱导率达到64.3%;MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L+蔗糖40 g/L+琼脂7.5g/L对雄性不育系诱导不定芽效果好,诱导率为58.3%;MS+6-BA 3.5 mg/L+IAA 0.3 mg/L+蔗糖40 g/L+琼脂7.5 g/L对冀东216生根的诱导效果好。The male sterile varieties of tomato and Jidong 216 were used as materials in this paper, took leaves as explants, with different hormones, different concentrations of formulations, induced by different fertility of tomato leaves Callus, adventitious buds and rooting, selected medium organizations of efficient and renewable tomato. The results showed that:MS+6-BA 3. 0 mg/Lq-IAA0. 3 mg/L+sucrose 30 g/L+agar 7. 5 g/L (pH 5. 86) expreesed the best results of the callus induction on Jidong 216,the induetion rate was 81.0%. MS+6-BA 2. 0 mg/L+IAA 0. 3 mg/L-+-su- crose 30 g/L+agar 7. 5 g/L(pH 5. 86) expreesed the best results of the leaves on the male sterile varieties, the rate was 66.7%. the stem and bud on Jidong 216 was expressed well induced by MSq-6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0. 3 mg/L+sucrose 40 g/L+agar 7. 5 g/L,the rate was 64. 3o//00. the adventitious buds on the male sterile varieties was expressed well by MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L47IAA 0. 2 mg/ L+ sucrose 40 g/L+agar 7.5 g/L,the rate was 58. 3%. MS+6-BA 3.5 mg/L+ IAA 0. 3 mg/L+sucrose 40 g/L+agar 7. 5 g/L expreesed the best results of the roots on Jidong 216.
