麻江红蒜茎尖愈伤组织诱导及植株再生研究

摘　　要：采用不同激素配比对麻江红蒜茎尖愈伤组织诱导及植株再生进行研究。结果表明:茎尖愈伤组织诱导的适宜培养基为:B5+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L;不定芽诱导的适宜培养基为:B5+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L;不定芽增殖的适宜培养基为:B5+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;适宜的生根培养基配方为B5+6-BA 0.01 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L。Adopt different hormone to match ratio the more hurting organization guidance and establishing regeneration on studying to Allium satuvum L. of Majiang, the result showed that：The appropriate medium for different culture stages was. B5 ＋2,4-D 2. 0 mg/L;Guide of proper culture medium of indeterminate bud was：B5＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L＋NAA 0. 01 mg/L;optimal for bud multiplication was：B5＋6-BA 0. 3 mg/L＋NAA 0. 1 mg/L;better for rooting was：B5＋6-BA 0. 01 mg/L＋NAA 0. 1 mg/L.
