摘　　要：利用返地式卫星搭载哈密瓜种子"早皇后",对其诱变后代花性型的分离进行了观察,并经田间多代自交,选育出哈密瓜完全花株系材料,为甜瓜育种及其性别分化的作用机理研究奠定一定的种质基础。Space mutation breeding technique is a new breeding technique,it incorporates spaceflight technique with mod- em biotechnological and traditional breeding technique. Cantaloupe ＂Zaohuanghou＂ after space mutation was used in this experiment. The conditions of sex separation was observed, and inbreeding through many generations, cantaloupe her- maphrodite line was obtained selectively, which laid certain foundation for the melon breeding and the sex differentiation action mechanism research.
