摘　　要：以杜仲种子为外植体进行离体培养,研究了胚培养方法、培养条件和影响因素。结果表明:可采用种子70%酒精处理30 s,0.1%升汞4 min,无菌条件下剖开种皮取胚接种,可有效控制污染,亦可保证胚的存活率;通过控制NAA、6-BA、2,4-D浓度配比可获得杜仲胚苗或愈伤组织;MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L蔗糖20%培养基,最适于不定芽的分化和增殖,分化率达90%;1/2MS+IBA 1.5 mg/L+蔗糖20%对不定芽生根的诱导效果最好,生根率达90.3%。The mature embryo of Cortex Eucommia as the explant to study the culture methods, reaction and affecting factors. The results were as follow： The best treatment time of the seeds was 70% alcohol 30 s and 0. 1% corrosive sublimate 4 rain, could reduce the contamination rate, the survival rate was 100%. Through control the consistence of NAA, 6-BA and 2,4-D could obtain asepsis plantlings and callus. And the optimal medium for multiplication was MS＋NAA 0. 2 mg/L＋6-BA 1.5 mg/L, the differentiation rate was 90%. Rooting was induced on 1/2MS＋IBA 1.5 mg/L,which rooting rate reached 90. 3%.
