二次纤维配抄新闻纸印刷适性的研究

摘　　要：研究了二次纤维抄造新闻纸的印刷适性,研究发现,完全由二次纤维或由二次纤维配比其它化学机械木浆进行配抄,而不加入任何助剂,所抄造出纸张的平滑度和表面强度等性能是不符合印刷要求的,当加入3%的滑石粉和2%的阳离子淀粉,所抄造纸张的印刷适性会有明显的改善,并且浆料的最佳配比是90%的废纸浆对10%的化机浆。The printability of newspaper made by secondary fiber was mainly studied in this thesis. The results showed that： the newspaper that completely made by secondary fiber or by secondary fiber in proportion with other chemical wood pulp, and did not append any additive, from which the capability did not conform to the request of newspaper printing, such as smoothness, surface strength and so on. But appended some additive and filler can improve＇ the printability of the newspaper obviously, such as 3 % talcum powder and 2% cationic starch, the optimal ratio of the pulp is 90% secondary stock to 10% chemi-mechanical pulp.
