惠州环保船“海洋251”设计初探

摘　　要：“海洋251”是民江船舶设计院为“中海石油环保服务有限公司”研发设计的一艘专门用于海上船舶溢油污染事故的应急清污船。该文介绍了这艘新型溢油应急事故清污船设计中的主要关键技术、船舶的主要功能、船型、推进系统和主尺度选取、收油机选型、船舶的主要概况、总布置特点、通风系统布置设计、防火和安全设置、监测和报警系统设置等主要设计特点。＂OCEAN 25 1＂is an emergency decontamination ship specially used for oil spill accident at sea designed by Changjiang ship design institute for ＂Chinese ocean petroleum environmental-protection service Ltd.＂. The text introduced some key technology in the design of this ship, such as general description of the ship, main function, selection of the ship form, propulsion system and main dimensions, general arrangement characters, selection of oil-collecting engine, arrangement of ventilating system, installation of fire-against and safety and monitoring and alarm system, etc.
