摘　　要：目的通过桑丹消痤净面膜与5%过氧苯甲酰霜对寻常性痤疮治疗的对照观察,评价桑丹消痤净面膜治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法采用开放对照临床实验,分别应用桑丹消痤净面膜与5%过氧苯甲酰霜对寻常性痤疮病人进行治疗,疗程8周,在治疗的第2、4和8周进行随访。结果桑丹消痤净面膜治疗寻常性痤疮疗效和安全性均高于5%过氧苯甲酰霜剂。结论桑丹消痤净面膜是治疗寻常性痤疮安全和有效的药物。Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of Sangdan faeemask in the treatment of aerie vulgaris. Methods The study was an open - controlled clinical trial. The patients were divided into 2 groups： Sangdan facemask and 5% benzoyl peroxide gel. All preparations were applied twice daily for 8 weeks. Study visits took place at baseline and 2nd, 4th and 8th week. Results Sangdan facemask has more efficacy and safety than 5% benzoyl peroxide gel. Conclusion Sangdan faeemask is effective and safe in the treatment of aene vulgaris.
