高频超声在跟腱断裂伤术后的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声在跟腱断裂伤术后的应用价值。方法回顾分析156例跟腱断裂伤术后的声像图特征,重点观察跟腱包膜、连续性、内部回声及周边软组织情况。结果156例患者中,连续性完整119例,部分再断裂17例,完全再断裂11例;合并感染4例;合并粘连10例;异物残留4例。结论高频超声可作为评价跟腱断裂伤术后愈合情况的首选影像学检查手段。Objective To assess the value of high frequency ultrasound in assessment of achilles tendon with fracture post - operation. Methods The sonographie characteristics in 165 cases of achilles tendon fracture post - operation were studied. Results There were 119 cases with integral continuance, 17 eases with partial re - rupture, 11 eases with complete re - rupture, 4 cases with infect, 10 eases with adhesions, 4 eases with foreign bodies. Conclusion High frequency uhrasound may be the first choice to evaluate achilles tendon fracture post - operation.
